The general conditions of sale described below apply to all products and services sold only through the E-Commerce site Le Dragon de Pandora. They define the rights and obligations of the parties.

The Pandora Dragon undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data communicated by customers on the E-Commerce site and to process them in accordance with legal obligations.
Pandora Dragon transmits personal data to third parties only to the extent that it is essential for the proper execution of the order.
No data will be transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.
Customer data may be used by Le Dragon de Pandora's internal services:
- For processing orders, deliveries and invoicing
- To obtain your feedback in order to improve our products and services
The customer agrees to provide the personal information necessary for the management of his order (delivery and invoicing). This information must be correct, valid and up to date. The information relating to his identification and password must be kept secret by the customer.
Applicable law
These general terms and conditions of sale, as well as any sale to which they apply, are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these general terms and conditions of sale or any sale to which they apply, shall be settled in accordance with Swiss law, whether such dispute is of a contractual or tortious nature, or is based on another clause. The application of the 1980 United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
The exclusive jurisdiction is in Bern.
