Deliveries & Returns

Deliveries

  • Deliveries are limited to Switzerland and countries of the European Union.

  • The customer ensures that they provide the correct billing and delivery information at the time of ordering.

  • The delivery time for Switzerland is 3 to 5 working days. As for international shipments, no time is provided.

  • The delivery time may exceptionally be extended in the event of a problem related to the carrier or any other reason (force majeure, out of stock, unavailability of Le Dragon de Pandora).

  • Shipping costs for Switzerland are free from CHF 150.-.

  • International shipping costs will depend on the weight of the package. Please note that Le Dragon de Pandora is in no way responsible for additional taxes (VAT, customs fees, etc.) which will be entirely the responsibility of the customer upon receipt of the package.

  • Once the order has been placed, the customer has the possibility to request a cancellation by email within 24 hours. After this period, cancellation will no longer be possible.

  • Once the package has been deposited by the Post Office, the customer has full responsibility for the goods.

  • In the event that La Poste has lost the package, the customer must contact them as soon as possible. Le Dragon de Pandora is in no way responsible for the loss of your package.

  • Click & Collect option available when checking out online. The customer will be contacted as soon as possible to make an appointment. On-site collection is free.

Returns & Refunds

  • The customer is required to check the condition of the goods upon receipt.

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging. In addition, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • You have the right to return the items ordered to us within 14 days and receive a refund, provided that the items have not been used and are not damaged by your fault. After the 14-day period, it will no longer be possible to request a refund or exchange.

  • In the event that your package has been lost or damaged by the carrier, please report the damage to your nearest Post Office within 7 days (from the date of delivery). Le Dragon de Pandora is in no way responsible for any errors or damage caused by La Poste.

  • In case the items do not match your order or are defective, please contact Le Dragon de Pandora within 3 days of delivery. You will need to provide: the order number, a photo of the defective goods, your name, surname and address.
